Yes. You can search for and buy a dedicated business number (local, mobile, or toll-free) from within the dashboard. Some countries require a quick regulatory verification with business documents before the number is activated. Buying a number is available once you're on a paid plan.

How does the booking flow work?

The assistant understands the customer's request, answers questions using your catalog (services, prices, durations), offers real open slots from your calendar, and creates the booking. If online payments are enabled, it sends a secure payment link and confirms the appointment once payment is received.

What happens if I cancel or my payment fails?

Paid features are paused and WhatsApp messaging is turned off until the subscription is active again. Your data isn't deleted — you can resume anytime.

Radar automatically detects off-topic or abusive messages and politely declines them without wasting your resources. Off-topic messages count as one strike; abusive messages count as two.

After 3 strikes a number enters a 24-hour cooldown where messages are ignored; after 5 strikes it's blocked permanently. You can review flagged numbers and unblock anyone at any time from the Radar dashboard.

The AI runs on EU-hosted infrastructure (AWS, Ireland region). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each business's data is fully isolated from every other tenant.
