Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, bookings, and refunds are handled on the KieServices platform, both for your subscription and for booking payments taken from your customers.
1Subscription Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly or yearly) basis. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partial periods already started, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
2Booking & Customer Payments
When a business uses KieServices to take payments for bookings, appointments, or deposits, the contract for that service is between the business and its customer. The business sets its own prices, deposit, cancellation, and no-show rules.
KieServices provides the payment technology (via our payment processor) but is not the merchant of record for these transactions and does not decide whether a customer is entitled to a refund.
3Requesting a Refund for a Booking
If you are a customer who paid for a booking, refund requests should be directed to the business you booked with, in line with that business's stated cancellation and refund terms.
Approved booking refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
4Cancellations & No-Shows
Each business defines its own cancellation window and no-show policy (for example, free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment). These terms are shown at the time of booking and determine whether a deposit or payment is refundable.
Deposits may be non-refundable where clearly stated at the time of booking.
5Failed or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged an incorrect amount, contact us and we will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a correction or refund.
6Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including any statutory right of withdrawal or refund.
