If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content, catalogs, and configurations you provide, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach involving your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You must not misuse the platform, including by attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, transmit malicious code, or use AI agents to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful communications.

KieServices and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit, and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KieServices is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
